1. You must identify your target market.
2. You need a good website (i.e. one that is easy to navigate and captures information from interested visitors).
3. You need to build a list.
4. You need to market to your list using email and/or texting.
5. You need to utilize social media.

7 Things You Need to Know:

1. The 80/20 rule.
2. It’s not all about golf.
3. The very best social media coverage won’t come from you.
4. Embrace mobile and have a plan.
5. The best marketing software is only as good as the data you use.
6. Don’t neglect low-hanging fruit (aka complete your Google listing)
